Formal Dinner Parties

Entertaining at home couldn't be simpler or more
 enjoyable than with a Formal Dinner Party from
Fruitful Vintage Personal Chef Service.

You and your guest will feast on the delicacies of
Heaven as you leave the meal preparation
and serving to us.

• Enjoy 3-4 course, plated dinners, served in the privacy of your home. The courses include a choice of an appetizer, soup or salad, entrée with 2 sides, and dessert.
  
  
• Meals are prepared with fresh ingredients in your kitchen and served by Chef Ray and or his assistant.
  
  
• You may choose from our menu favorites or have a custom menu created especially for you and your guest.
  
  
• We can accommodate meals for 2-14 people. Over 6 guest will require an assistant.
  
  
• Our all-inclusive price includes food costs. Premium meats, organic ingredients, or special diet foods will incur an additional charge.
  

• Formal Dinner Party menus start at $55 per person, for 11-14 guest. There will be a one-time assistant fee of $75 added for over 6 guest.
  
  
• Service does not include any dishware, silverware, glassware, or paper goods.
  
  
• Clean up includes all cooking equipment and kitchen areas. Tableware will be rinsed thoroughly and placed in your dishwasher.

• There will be a one and a half hour time limit for the chef and his assistant to clean up, once the first course has been served.

• Enjoy 3-4 course, self-serve, buffet style dinners in the privacy of your home. The courses include a choice of an appetizer, soup or salad, entrée with 2 sides, and dessert.
  
  
• If you would like more sides or desserts, these are available for an additional charge.
  
  
• Meals are prepared with fresh ingredients in your kitchen and set up buffet style, in aluminum pans, by Chef Ray and or his assistant.
  
  
• You may choose from our menu favorites or have a custom menu created especially for you and your guest.
  
  
• We can accommodate meals for 6-30 people. Over 10 guest will require an assistant.
  
  
• Our all-inclusive price includes food costs. Premium meats, organic ingredients, or special diet foods will incur an additional charge.
  
  
• Informal Dinner Party menus start at $25 per person for 21-30 guest. There will be a one-time assistant fee of $75 added for over 10 guest.
  
  
• Service does not include any dishware, silverware, glassware, or paper goods.
  
  
• Clean up includes all cooking equipment and kitchen areas. The client will be responsible for clean up of all tableware.

• There will be a half hour time limit for the chef and his assistant to clean and pack up, once the meal has been served.

  Fruitful VintageDinner Party & In-Home Catering Policies:
  
  
• Please have your counters and sink area clean and cleared before chef arrives.
  

• Fruitful Vintage requires adequate refrigerator space for all cook dates.
  
  
• If anyone of your guest has a special dietary requirement or allergic reaction to any foods,
  please let us know, in advance, and we will endeavor to accommodate such requirements.
  
  
• Fruitful Vintage does not have a commercial kitchen, therefore our meals cannot be delivered.
  At this time, our insurance only allows us to cook in your home, B&B, cabin, condo, or chalet kitchen. We are not your typical catering service. We run a business that allows us to customize meals to our clients needs and wants on a personal level. We aim to have that personal touch so every client is well satisfied with our services.
  
  
• Please reserve your dinner party date or in-home catering event date, in advance, at least 2 weeks or more. The sooner you do, the more likely you can get the time slot you would like.
  
  
• Fruitful Vintage requires a 50% deposit of the total cost up front, with the other 50% due
  2 weeks before your cook date, in order to hold your time slot.
